Two friends looking for someone to join our homely flat just a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station!

The room itself is light and spacious with plenty of storage (including underneath the bed).

The flat is on the top floor of a converted house. It has 3 bedroooms with a lovely and light combined kitchen and living room (!!dishwasher included!!). We have a shared bathroom which we keep super clean (we have a cleaner that comes by every 2/3 weeks).

The flat is in an amazing location, only a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, but on a leafy quiet road so no issues regarding traffic noise at night. Also a 5 minute walk from Stroud Green Road meaning you’ve got all the best shops, pubs and cafe’s on your doorstep.

You’ll be living with me (29, product designer) and Aanand (28, also product designer!). We’re good mates with a shared group of friends in the area, we’d love for someone to join who’s sociable and up for the occasional trip for a coffee/pint, but also cool if you prefer doing your own thing!

Rent is £1114 excluding bills, the room is available from 7th July.
