We have a room going in our lovely 3 bed flat in Finsbury Park, available 7 June! This room is suitable for a couple or single!

The room is large, sunny and has a small balcony with great view, lots of storage space, ensuite and is partially furnished. The flat is super spacious, open plan and has recently had a bit of a refit.

Location: Quiet street between Clissold and Finsbury Parks. 10 minute walk to both Finsbury Park & Manor House stations.

Costs: bills are normally between £90 and £120 (season depending). You’d need to pay a deposit and £80 admin fee for the tenancy swap.

Jenni: 29y, works in policy as a civil servant. Loves a pub quiz, the theatre, and getting out and about exploring the city and taking in the sun.
Alana, 29y: Work in Marketing at a law firm, loving exploring London and travelling!
