We will have a room available from the beginning of April in North Finchley, just next to Woodside Park Station (Northern Line).

The location is excellent – only a 2-minute walk to the station, about a 10-minute walk to the high street with shops and buses, and just a few minutes from a large park.

The room is a medium double with a single bed and a large wardrobe, in a two-bedroom flat. The flat also has a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and a very large balcony (please see the attached photos).

A little about us: we are a couple, Ben and Reny. Ben works in the social sector and Reny manages a pizza shop in Finchley Central.

The rent is £800 per month including bills from April to November, and £850 per month from December to February due to higher utility costs.
