We’re looking for a women (preferably professional) to move into a lovely double bedroom, located in a flat right by Clissold Park, from the 8th May.

Currently in the flat is myself (29 yr old Interior Architect) and Beth (29 yr old phd student). Our friend Tilly is set to move away, so her room will become available.
Looking for someone who’s laid-back, clean, and tidy. We have a shared living room and open plan kitchen which we love to spend time in together, cooking/watching TV etc.

Rent is £1050 a month, excluding bills (bills roughly add up to £120 per month).

The flat is on the top floor with a shared bathroom. There are large windows on all sides, so it’s super bright with lots of natural light!
