Room available to move in as soon as possible … We are a young married professional couple (no kids or pets) who have 1 x spacious spare double room! We have 2 x bathrooms, both with shower heads and one with a bath tub. We have a spacious living room and kitchen downstairs, as well as a courtyard that you will have full access to. We both work full time Monday - Friday and work from home 1-2 days per week. We are looking for someone who is nice to be around, is clean and tidy and fun, we don’t want someone who is confrontational, loud or ignorant. We want someone who respects our home and is easy to get along with. We get up early to go to the gym most mornings, so someone that is a morning person would be ideal! A security bond of £400 will also be required with a minimum stay of 3 months. Walking distance to Tynemouth metro station, North Shields metro station, 2 minute walk to bus stop, on street free car parking available outside of house. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars and walking distance to Aldi / Morrisons, as well as 3 beautiful beaches.
