The house is in a very safe neighborhood where I have lived personally for the last 6 months. It is perfectly positioned for easy commuting:

Bus Stand: Just a 2-minute walk from the front door.
I am specifically looking for a female flatmate who is responsible and tidy. It is very important to me to find someone who prioritizes maintaining cleanliness, especially in the shared kitchen and bathroom, to keep the home a pleasant and peaceful environment for both of us.
