I’m incredibly sad to be leaving this place. I’ve lived in London for eight years, and this has been my favourite home by far. Despite being a shared flat, it offers an amazing sense of privacy, quiet, and freedom. The flat is spread over two floors, and this room is on the top floor with no one above you, making it feel especially peaceful.
The room itself is a huge space with a stunning bathroom and comes fully furnished. On top of the deposit, I’m looking for someone to buy the furniture, as I’ll be leaving London. Some items are less than six months old, and the total cost for all the furniture (includes wardrobes, smart TV, bed, mirrors, and 2x chairs) is £1,080 and this is a non-negotiable.
The location is unbeatable — just a 30 second walk to Kensal Rise station, with a bus stop right outside the flat. The area is fantastic, with great pubs and restaurants, as well as Tesco and Gail’s directly opposite. You’ll also find plenty of vintage shops and everything you need close by.
I’m leaving London and need someone to take over the room. The move-in date is not flexible and I need someone to move in from May 1st.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely women: one is 29 and works as a nanny, and the other is 37 and works in HR. The flat is very calm and quiet, so it would suit someone who values a peaceful home — this wouldn’t be ideal for a party-focused lifestyle.
Bills are around £100 per month, bringing the total monthly cost to approximately £1,250 all in.
