Hey everyone!

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a kosher/veggie flat in West Hendon.
It's brand-new with a double room, private bathroom & toilet, and open plan living/kitchen area.
It’s on the 9th floor with great views of the Welsh Harp and Wembley Stadium and a 5-minute walk to Hendon Overground train station.

The building has a gym, underground parking and a concierge service, and my Netflix subscription.

The room is available from 1st May 2026. This can be flexible for the right person

Council Tax Band - D

Bills and Council tax average £320-£370 per month per tenant. All bills are split 50/50
