One room is available in our beautiful semi-detached house in Neasden. We're a mixed group of professionals aged 30–50 who treat this house as a home, so expect a friendly and relaxed environment.

LOCATION

- 7/8 min walk to Neasden Underground (Jubilee line, 15 mins to central London)
- 1 min to Gladstone Park, 2 mins to bus stops (302, N98)
- 5 min walk to Neasden Parade for shops, bars and restaurants

THE ROOM

Available ASAP at £533/month, one month's deposit. There is a single bed and a clothes rail, any furniture can be added. Bills are roughly £150 plus a £25 fee for weekly cleaning.
All the tenants will sign a contract directly with the landlord- room prices are calculated by the square footage!
