I’m looking for a new flatmate in NW4 from 15th June of this year for at least a year.
✨ About the flat : It’s a 2 bedroom flat near Brentcross. (10min walk to station)
Rent is £1500 (750 each) + bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi) which is around 175. So £930 bills included.
Deposit is : £793
Unfortunately landlord doesn’t accept housing benefits nor universal credit. Referencing required.
It’s on the first floor. We are getting an elevator but the flat doors aren’t wheelchair accessible I’m afraid.
It’s a lovely flat. I’ve been living there for 2.5 years now. My previous flatmates were lacking in the cleaning so I’ve been taking care of the flat myself for most of the time now.
Landlord is changing the carpet in living room / hallway in June.
Brent Cross shopping center is 5min walk.
I included the video from when I first visited the flat & video of the bedroom available from last year.
+ recent pic from my current flatmate.
✨ About me : I’m Ty. I’m non binary, 31, vegan & French. I don’t drink nor smoke. I currently work in retail.
I love to binge watch series, twitch, YouTube video essays & movies.
I’m quite introvert but I love going to museum & going out for food.
I’m looking for someone who can be a friend & would like to hang out with me in the living room & outside. As most of my friends are outside London, I have a hard time going out on my own. (Social anxiety etc)
I love going kickboxing so if you need a gym pal I’ll happily be yours.
If you have any questions let me know.
Thank you 🥰✨
