About the flat:
My favourite part of the flat is probably the large, private garden that’s perfect for lounging outside in the sunshine. The garden is located behind the Overground for extra privacy. The room has a beautiful view of the garden and lots of natural light. Even though the flat is right by Kilburn High Road, it’s nice and quiet and cosy inside.

If you love a good kitchen, this is the place for you. With a large fridge, ample storage, and a dishwasher (!!!), the space is perfectly equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs. The living room has a comfortable couch and space for you to put a bookcase and/or storage. Also modern bathroom with a bathtub.

Transport and local amenities:
Zone 2: Kilburn Station (5-minute walk), Brondesbury Overground Station (3-minute walk), West Hampstead Thameslink (10-minute walk)

The flat is within easy walking distance to multiple shops, supermarkets, pubs, and Queen’s Park is just a lovely 15-minute walk away.

On Saturday mornings, the West Hampstead Farmer’s Market is just a 10-minute walk up the road for fresh food and great dog watching!

About me:
You’d be sharing with me, Rebecca, a 33-year-old professional who splits her time between working outside the home most days and working from home some evenings. I love baking, enjoying the sunshine in the garden, reading, and karaoke nights, and I am looking for a flatmate who is happy to spend some time together but is comfortable in their own space as well.
