I’m moving out of my lovely 2-bed flat in Hendon at the end of April, moving to the south for work purposes, and am looking for a professional housemate to take over my room.

The flat is incredibly spacious and light, with a small garden and a spacious living/dining area. You can work from home if needed. There is a cosy nook with a desk in front of the window in the room facing the backyard, which makes it the perfect quiet spot to focus.

My flatmate is a creative professional who loves jazz and fashion. If you enjoy a calm, appreciative atmosphere, you will be a great fit. She also has a lovely senior dog, so being a genuine dog lover (and not allergic!) is a must.

The area is peaceful but exceptionally well-connected:
- 7-min walk to Hendon Central (Northern Line).
