- two bedroom maisonette flat, I am moving out and the other room is going to be vacant within the next week or so.

- Potentially the whole flat could be available to rent please let me know if you are interested in taking the whole flat instead of just the one room. I am either looking for someone who wants to sublet until the end of my tenancy (end of may) or take over the tenancy.

- nearest tubes are Hendon & Colindale on Northern Line or Hendon Thameslink. Gets you into Kings X in 25 minutes.
