The flat: it’s a lovely Victorian conversion with engineered oak flooring, modern kitchen and bathroom. Vast attic storage for boxes / suitcases etc. Washer and dryer. You’ll have access to a large lounge room where the sun comes streaming in through south facing windows. Bills include council tax, water and internet. Gas/ electricity works out circa £50 a month each.
The area: Brondesbury Villas is on a tree lined street within a conservation area: 9 minute walk from Queen’s Park underground (Bakerloo) and 10 minutes of Kilburn Park underground and overground. The park itself is a 10 minute walk, as is Salisbury and Londsdale roads where you’ll find cafes and bars. 6 minutes walk is Kilburn high road with big brand shops such as Primark, a large M&S food hall and Sainsbury’s.
About me: I’m a friendly, calm and clean housemate. I work in IT, working from home 3 days a week. I’m a non drinker, it’s all about tea for me 🙂 When I’m not reading, cooking or crafting, I enjoy exploring London.
I’m looking to share the flat with someone who is respectful and clean. This is very much a homely space. Please note no partners sleeping over, for both of us. Rolling excluded tenancy agreement (lodger agreement) with 28 days notice either side is part of the room contract, along with photo ID, work contract, references and bank statement. A fortnightly cleaning rota (so once a month each), or if preferred split cost of a cleaner, will be included in the lodger agreement.
If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, calm, cosy and private, do get in touch.
