hello, we are looking for another girl to join our flat in NW2!

about us: we are two 22 year old girls. i (neha) work as a paralegal and melane is doing her masters. we are friendly, clean, and would love to live with & become friends with a girl of similar age!

about the flat: its a masionette above some shops and has 3 rooms, kitchen, living area, and 1 bathroom. the flat is a 20 minute walk to golders green tube (northern line) or a 5-10 minute bus ride and takes you to central in 20-30 minutes! the tube is in golders green town which also has loads of shops and restaurants. cricklewood train station is also a 20 minute walk away with thameslink into the city. the area is super residential and feels safe.

rent & tenancy: the rent for the room is £885pcm, including all bills except electricity, which comes up to £20-22pcm. the deposit is one months' rent, protected in a government deposit protection scheme. the tenancy is for 1 year, with a 6 month break clause (2 months notice must be given if leaving). references from an employer and a previous landlord are required.
