The room itself is bright and gets loads of natural light thanks to the south-facing windows. There’s also a spare room with a fold-out sofa which is great if you ever have friends staying over (it’s so big - you can do multiple snow angels in the room!).
Location-wise it’s hard to beat, 2 minutes from St John’s Wood tube, really well connected, and about a 5-minute walk to the high street. Finchley Road is right there too so everything you need is close by.
The flat is honestly one of the nicest I’ve lived in; super spacious, with a separate living room (which is rare), and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It’s really well-lit and just feels very homely.
Rent is £1,500/month, with ~£40 council tax and around £60 for bills (WiFi, gas, electricity). Deposit is 5 weeks rent, £1875
You’d be living with 3 great girls (21–25), a law student, a young professional and a creative freelancer. They’ve all been here over a year and it’s a really easy, friendly house. Everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoys the occasional wine or catch-up.
I’m only moving out because a few of my friends are heading to East London and I’m going to join them otherwise, I’d 100% stay.
Ideally, I’m looking to move out before the end of the month, but can be a bit flexible up until the last week of April. I’ll be doing viewings mainly on Saturdays and Sundays between 10am–3pm over the next few weeks.
Really keen to find the right person for this place (no couples sadly), ideally a woman in her 20s who’s friendly, respectful and easy to live with.
This would be a long-term tenancy. I’ve spoken with the landlord and the new tenant will be added to the lease (subject to references and standard checks), with the current flatmates who are planning to renew the lease again in October.
Drop me a message if it sounds like a good fit :)
