Am looking for a quiet and clean flatmate to rent room in my cool flat. (no agents) White walls throughout, wooden floors, bright and clean, nice n homely.

In the nice part of Harlesden, next to parks, lots of families, n walkers

It's fully furnished, got all the usual mod cons, WiFi, TV, dining table for eating. Good sized kitchen has all the usual appliances . Bathroom is clean, good shower.

The bedroom is great, good size, quiet at back of flat, has double bed, wardrobe and drawers for clothes, and work desk.

Travel - 10mins from tube & overground (Willesden Junction) Zone 2

I'm a young 55 :), like to cook, watch some TV, walk, swim etc. Am pretty easy going, so am up for giving you your space, & also having a chat & laugh along the way if thats what you fancy.

I go into work 5 days a week, occasional day off in the week, and around at weekends or course
