I am the owner of the property looking for a female to rent the second room. The other tenant is a 26 year old PHD student, who will be moving in in August.
The property is close to the Knavesmire, Rowntree’s Park and Bishopthorpe Road. Train Station is about a 20 minute walk. The two bedrooms in the house are the same size. The house is fully furnished. The property can be rented from 1st August 2024 at the earliest and until the 17th January 2025 at the latest. The council tax band is B.
Bills are roughly around £120 a month (i. e council tax, electricity, gas, wifi, water).
