I am looking for a full - time student to take over my tenancy for a classic en-suite room at ABODE York for this upcoming academic year!

📍It is located at ABODE York on Percy’s Lane and it is roughly a 15-20 minute walk to the (University of York St John’s) and about a 25 minute walk to the (University of York) and approximately a 10 minute walk to the city centre!

💵 Rent is £208 a week with utilitie bills included
And to be eligible you must be a full time student! :)
This is a 48 week contract!
