I have 1 room available to rent in my house. I'm a live in landlord although work away, so I am only there a few nights a month. Looking to share with clean friendly people who also like their own space. All bills are included.

The property has 2 shower rooms, shared lounge, kitchen and utility room. There is a small garden at the rear of the property.

The room is a furnished double room with a double bed, build in wardrobe, shelves and a desk.

Smoking is permitted in the garden only.

On street parking is permit only and £35 per year.

Train station and town centre easily accessible.
