Suite is the whole top floor of a gorgeous townhouse, large, light and airy space.

Viewings available any time, by appointment.

Very laid back, not nosey, easy going and respectful, hope for the same in return.

Must love, dogs, we have 4 well behaved ones, 3 very affectionate and one stand offish (with good reason).

Very sorry to say that this would not be a good environment for pet cats.

Parking at weekends and evenings is a breeze, but hospital staff park around here during the day. Still not too bad though.

Pleasant surroundings.

Close to town, brackmills, St Andrews Hospital, Northampton General Hospital and Waterside Campus.

Ideally, looking for somebody who wants to move soon.

Long term let preferred.

Smoker ok, but only if smoke in garden.

Shift workers could be an issue, but could be discussed in advance.

I can spot a genuine dog lover a mile off. Please do not respond if you are not a dog lover. I get so many enquiries from people that do not even mention the fact!
