There is also a patio area and garden with off road parking for 2 small cars, no-one in the house currently has a car.. It is a very quiet street with on and off road parking. The house is ideal for St Andrews and The General Hospital. A 20 minute walk to town. The rent is fully inclusive to include Internet and cleaning of the shared areas.
