Daventry is a lovely small town with good road links to the North and South. There is a train station just 3 miles away at Long Buckby which can be reached by bus.

Daventry has a brand new cinema, a leisure centre and swimming pool and lots of independent style shops.
Our house is only one minute walk from the town centre and is Victorian terraced house with a long garden – approx 40 x 15 ft with decking and chairs.

Bicycle storage in the shed.

Broadband is BT and is their highest speed service.

We are a married couple with a family dog (cocker Spaniel)
The prices below cover all utility, council tax and broadband costs.

The room is an upstairs double room available from July £600 pcm (£200 deposit) or there is the possibility of renting a downstairs double room with a choice of front or rear of house - the price for this room is £500 pcm (£150 deposit).
