Hi! I'm looking to rent out a room in my spacious industrial-style flat in central Northampton (NN1).

The flat is on the ground floor of a secure, gated block, so security is excellent. It features a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with all the appliances you could want - dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, and even a wine fridge!

You’ll have your own double bedroom, which will come furnished with a desk, a bed, a large fitted wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. The main shower room will be yours to use, as my bedroom has an en-suite.

There’s also a large basement room I’ve set up as my office, plus a private outdoor courtyard that’s great for relaxing. High-speed broadband is available throughout the flat.

A bit about me:
I’m 19, working full-time, and in my free time I’m into trading, driving, going to the gym, snowboarding, gardening, and hanging out with friends.

Oh, and I have a kitten, called Bhaji!
