I have a large double ground floor room to rent to the right person in our family home.
The property is situated on Beanfield, close to Corby town centre, Willowbrook health centre and the boating lake.

It is myself who works in the NHS and my son who is a student who currently live here. We have 2 small dogs (in pics), and one cat who are friendly.
We are neuro-divergent and have a fairly quiet lifestyle.

The person would have sole use of a toilet room. But the main bathroom (upstairs) is shared. Kitchen and living room and garden is shared.

Room will have bed with drawer storage and mattress, cupboards with drawers and wardrobe space, desk and chair, included is a large (50inch?) wall mounted TV including Netflix.

We are neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ friendly.
We would prefer someone who is also a working, parent and child would be considered - discussion needed, or retired person would be considered. Person with light care needs may be considered but would incur extra costs - to be discussed and agreed.
Discount can be offered to those who are part time lodgers or are cleaners/ NHS workers.

Non smoking/drinking household and Ideally a person who is substance free or mostly.

Washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and oven all shared. Own air fryer/toaster can be provided.
Furniture can be removed if bringing your own.
Own bedding needed. Brand new duvet and pillows can be provided if required.
