This house is not an HMO and due to family circumstances is for a working female only as my 2 daughters stay with me regularly. Current tenant moving out after 5½ years due to her family issues. Over the last 7 years 2 female tenants have lived here.
The room is the entire top floor of a 3 storey modern house.
I would say the room is bigger than the pictures show. Will be fully furnished.

Must be someone that lives a quiet home life due to very unsocial work hours.
