We have 1 double room for let on the ground floor of our family home. The accommodation is self contained with own access, the facilities include 2 shower wet rooms and a WC which are shared between 3 people and there is a fully equipped kitchenette. The rooms are cleaned, with beds changed and clean towels fortnightly . We are located just outside of Towcester town where there is a selection of good supermarkets, pubs and shops. We are about 6-7 minutes from Silverstone, 15 mins from Northampton and about 20 mins from Milton Keynes. We have ample off road parking.
Our accommodation would suit a professional person working in the area Monday to Friday. The rooms are for sole use of the person renting the room, no partners or friends are permitted to share the rooms under any circumstances.
