The room it's self is large, comes with a TV stand (no TV), double bed, closet and draws.
The living space is open plan with a kitchen including, electric hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and sink. The bathroom has a shower/bath, heated drying rack and sink. The living room have a hifi sound system, large TV, sofa and sofa chair.
Their is no parking allocated to the flat but with a simple form you can purchase parking from the council for £30 a month.
The building is very secure with security and key panels to get to each floor.
The location is in the heart of the town centre next to the Derngate but has little to no noise pollution.
