Looking for a female lodger to share my home. My previous lodger stayed for 3 years and was very happy here, so I’m hoping to find someone similar who is friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.

I have one (potentially two) furnished double rooms available. I would consider renting both rooms to two friends looking to move in together, but I’m not looking to fill the rooms individually with separate tenants. I’m happy to discuss a reduced rate for a pair of friends.

The house will only ever be shared with one other person - or two if it’s a pair of friends moving in together - so it’s a much quieter and more spacious setup than a typical house share. Ideal if you value your own space and a calm environment.

The rooms come with access to a shared lounge/diner, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, courtyard, and loft space.

The house is in a great location, close to the train station and local shops, with street parking available. Bills are included.
