Hey! I’m looking for someone to take a double room in my 3‑bed house. It’s just me and my little Dachshund here currently.

You’ll have a good‑sized room with a built‑in wardrobe. It’s not furnished at the moment, but I’m totally happy to sort a bed and mattress for move‑in. I really want whoever moves in to feel at home, so you’re welcome to decorate and make the space your own.

The house has a garden, driveway, and all bills are included. You’ll have access to everything — kitchen, living room, all the usual bits.
We’re in a nice neighbourhood, about a 10‑minute drive to the city centre, and right by the M1, so it’s great for commuting.
I’m open to pets and pretty flexible on lease length too.
If you’re looking for a relaxed, homey place with a friendly vibe, this could be a great fit
