This is a spacious refurbished 9 bed Student only property in Northampton NN1 off of the Kettering Road, fully furnished rooms in a large Victorian Terraced property with front garden laid to paving and private rear lawned garden with raised patio, with on street parking. (no car permits required)

The house is located in the heart of Northampton NN1 4JQ with shops and takeaway outlets just 1 minute walk away and within a short distance of supermarkets and GP surgery.

There are direct bus routes to Northampton town centre and other areas of the town, town centre is walkable within 10 minutes.
University Waterside Campus is walkable within 15 minutes (dependent on your walking speed) or you can cycle with takes approximately 7 minutes. From the house to Waterside University Campus it is 1.2 miles.

The rooms are fully furnished with IKEA furniture and we only use MattressMan mattresses which are hotel standard, so you are guaranteed a wonderful nights sleep.
Rent is based on room size so our smallest rooms are £113 per week with the largest room priced at £129.

Each room has two double sockets. Rooms are furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair. Some rooms also have bedside tables.
Beds sizes range from small doubles to double. The rooms are fully carpeted and the rooms have their own locks.
