Large bright en-suite room to let in very quiet house in Little Stanion.
This house is not an HMO and due to family circumstances is for a working female only as my 2 daughters stay with me regularly. Current lady moving out after 5½ years due to her family issues. Over the last 7 years 2 female tenants have lived here.
The rooms all have locks for which there are 2 keys of which one is held by the tenant and one by the cleaner.
The room is the entire top floor of a 3 storey modern house.
I would say the room is bigger than the pictures show.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed with new mattress, bedside draws, chest of draws, TV unit, aerial, desk, built in wardrobe and large walk in storage cupboard.
Not available to work from home.
Must be someone that lives a quiet home life due to my very unsocial work hours.
There is a cleaner every 2 weeks for the room and shared areas.
Washing machine and dishwasher and full use of all kitchen equipment
No pets or couples.
No smoking or vaping.
Off road parking if required and garage. There are bus services to Corby and Kettering and a Tesco Express less than 5 minutes walk away.
The house is located in a very quiet and safe area.
Just a little about me. Steve,55, quiet and considerate. 2 lovely daughters that stay with me on regular weekends and school holidays. I work long hours at unsocial times. Easy going and approachable. Just trying to live a simple and quiet life.
