We have a spare room to rent. The house is a very large property just a 5 minutes walk from both universities, and a 10 minutes walk from Leeds train station. Its a great location but does not feel like you are in the busy city centre as quiet family street.

We have a drive that's fits 2 cars, a garden, spacious communal areas and everything you would need.

The room itself is the largest in the house with a wall of built in wardrobes, a double bed, desk and large windows looking onto a field. The room and house has plenty of storage and is quiet and peaceful.

Its £480 a month for rent, utilities bills, and council tax which is great considering the location!
The contract ends 30th June 2020.

The current tenants are age 22-24, with all working full time. Everyone gets on well, is clean and chilled out.

The landlord is great and has a very good relationship with current tenants, he will always answer calls and be on hand if he is needed.
