Looking for someone to take over my tenancy!!
Spacious room to rent in a very central location in Hyde Park, Leeds. It is in a four bed house, with three other female flatmates - all really lovely and easy to live with! They are mixture of students and professionals. The house is really cosy with an open layout kitchen into the living area. The room has lots of storage which will be left in the room after I leave. There is an adjacent toilet/shower/bathroom to the bedroom, so it is essentially an en suite. The bedroom is in the basement, and there is only one bedroom on that floor so you have the whole floor including bathroom. No one else really uses the bathroom on the basement floor. Lovely house, message me with any more questions! If you would like to look around the house beforehand that is fine! (NB. The sofa has been moved since the pic taken and it is now a leather one!)
