I am gutted to be leaving this property but am having to for personal reasons. The current tenant, Dennis, is a very chilled out guy who likes to be social but will also give you your own space. Obviously as this would be a 2 person share he would like to meet any potential new tenants either while they view or separately.

It is also worth noting the landlord lives on the ground floor so is easily contactable about anything regarding the flat. (Don't worry he isn't too fussy about noise!)
