I have finished my studies in Leeds and am looking for a student to take over my room. The room is available from January 2019 to 30 June 2019. The move in date is flexible.

The house is in Woodhouse and is a 10-15 minute walk to the Parkinson building. You would be sharing with one PhD student in the School of Politics, a mature undergraduate student in the School of Civil Engineering, and an undergraduate student in the School of Electronic Engineering (all male).

The house is clean and quiet. There is the possibility to extend the lease when it ends in June. The current tenants are all planning to extend their lease inJune. The price is a bargain for the comfortable room, the location of the house, and a very helpful landlord. The landlord, Philip, is very helpful and is available to sort out any concerns or problems with the house that you might have.

The house would suite a mature, postgraduate or PhD student.
