Hello,

We have two double bedrooms with one en-suite available at the top floor of our house. We’re looking for a couple to take both rooms for £1200 all bills and council tax included.

The house - The house is situated on a peaceful road in the Methleys and is a 1 minute walk to Lidl and a bus stop with multiple buses into Leeds city centre. The neighbours are very friendly. There is a large open plan kitchen with ample storage, a large American style fridge freezer and a double oven. There is plenty of surface space and cooking with your housemates is never cramped. There is a shared cosy living room with a TV (Sky Q and Netflix included). There is a cellar for a little extra storage if needed. The house is not suitable for bikes.

Bedroom 1: A good sized double bedroom with a wardrobe, double bed and desk.

Bedroom 2: Small double with built in cupboard wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room.

The couple you share with are very clean, easy going and respectful. We are looking for the same from another couple.

The house is nicely decorated throughout and we are looking for people that will be respectful of the house and help to keep its appeal as best as possible.

Ideally, we are not looking for people who work from home but are willing to accept messages from people who do.

We have been told by previous housemates that the photos don’t do the house justice.
