I've been renting this 4-bedroom house to students for more than ten years. I always aim to create a balanced house with complementary personalities.

The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk etc.

One room is taken and three are available from January:

This is a student house and we only rent to full-time students. All of the students who have lived in the house have loved it, and many have chosen to live there for several years. There are no agency fees and bills are included (gas, electricity, water and broadband).
