I’m a tidy female tenant and have lived in this ground-floor Studio for a full year. Though it’s a street-facing unit, the sound insulation is excellent—I’ve tested it for a year and never been disturbed by outside noise, making it an extremely comfortable place to live. All the apartment facilities are brand new, and I’ve maintained them with great care over the year: no malfunctions, no wear and tear at all. The whole flat is clean and bright, ready for you to move in with just your luggage!
This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in during my 3-year undergraduate study. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and always responsive to any issues. The apartment management is thoughtful and helpful, making your stay totally hassle-free.

All supermarkets and convenience stores are just downstairs, making daily shopping super convenient. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the university, so your commute is stress-free. This location perfectly combines daily life and study, bringing you great living satisfaction!
