Wifi already set up, £10pp, bills about £30 on top. Really good location, nice layout, cute and cozy with decorations. About 15-20 minute walk to the train station.
5 minutes to university of Leeds, 5-10 Leeds Beckett University.
10 minutes into City Centre.
5 minutes to LGI.

Looking for another woman to share. Current flatmates wake at 8 and sleep at 12 or so - one phD student and one masters student. They'd prefer a quiet environment rather than party environment but friends and partners are welcome.

Near to bus stops (less than 10 min walk) 5,19,49, 50A, 56 etc

Parking is available in the evening, sometimes hard to find a space during a weekday, but very possible. You can pay monthly for a parking spot but not worth it.

Nice flat to be honest really love how I've decorated it but I've moved in with my partner because it's nearer to my work. I have a video tour as well.
