Cozy room for one person available in Chapel Allerton. This is a warm room in a quiet area about 25 minutes away from the city centre by bus.

The room would be available unfurnished (no desk) and has room for a single or small double bed. There is currently a futon in the room that gets rolled out in the evenings to maximise space; you're welcome to retain it or replace it with a different type of mattress.

The house is a spacious terraced house with a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a living room and basement with plenty of storage space. House also has front and back porches. We have a washing machine, TV and good cupboard / fridge space available.

We're a laid-back and calm house. We're easy to get along with and like to have friends over for dinner, movies and board games. LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Chapel Allerton is a lovely calm neighbourhood with three supermarkets (Lidl, ALDI, Co-Op) within a five minutes' walk from the house. The neighbourhood is also full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We're a walking distance from Chapel Allerton Park and Gledhow Woods.
