We're looking for a fun and friendly person to take a double room in our sociable house.

There's a nice new kitchen and bathroom, living room (with grand piano!) and a big garden (with bar park and rope climb, for body weight workouts- I can supply an awesome routine too! 👍)

There's an off road parking space, should you need it.

The city centre is just a fifteen minute walk away. Waterloo park is 30 seconds walk and has tennis courts. The river Wensum is a few minutes away too and I have a spare kayak you're welcome to use.

Rent includes all bills- high speed internet, gas, electricity, water, council tax etc and also a weekly cleaner - to keep everything gleaming 😎

Oh there's also a cable car, yes, cable car....😉
