We only rent to postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract.

There are currently two tenants doing an MA and one tenant doing a PhD. The bedroom available is bedroom 1 in the video which is the largest room in the property and benefits from a sink area.

Together with the four bedrooms there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a shower room, two separate toilets, a living room, utility area and a patio garden.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
