Hi I have a nice double room available soon. Ive been having lodgers for 5 years now and my last ones have just moved on so the room will be available again from the beginning of March as it’s now to be decorated. It’s furnished with a double bed wardrobe computer desk and chair set of drawers bedside tables and a tv. I also have 2 sheds if any storage is needed. There’s a large living room a galley kitchen and the bathroom has a shower and a bath. You would be sharing with just myself and my 10 month old Labrador who is trained. Im a quiet person who doesn’t live a party lifestyle. I’m close to all amenities and bay parking is available just outside the flat. I have a small terrace with a bench and plants and full sunshine in the summer. I live opposite the bus stop that goes directly to the city centre and a large playing field there’s also a cycle path and wooded areas for walking. It’s £650 for couples or £500 for a single person this includes all bills including broadband and council tax .
