I'm looking for a professional housemate who is tidy and proactive. The house is finished, furnished and decorated to a hight standard. The spare room can come furnished with a new bed, storage and decor, alternatively the room can remain empty if you prefer to use your own furniture.


I would prefer to live with a female than a male, thought this may come across in the wrong way, this is just due to past experience. I find it much easier to live with women than men and feel the relationship is much easier to keep professional than feeling asif we have to be good mates just because we live together. I would generally consider females to be more independent and generally more ontop of their own responsibilities. To add to this matter, my dog, Lola typically prefers females over males. I have lots of close females friends and Lola take much more intrest in them than my make friends.

I will however consider all applications from both male and female.
Ideally looking for a dog owner and not cat owner as I have a very expensive furniture and plants which could be damaged by cats. E. g. my sofa and chairs are velvet and I have a tree which would be irresistible to climb or use as a scratching post.
