Kitchen has all the essentials. Such as oven, cutlery, fridge, washing machine. Bathrooms got electric shower or/and bath. Living room is unfurnished. Will be planning to furnish it very soon !

You will have me as a flatmate. Although I rarely stay at the house as i’ve got another living quarters. I only stay in the house when I am back on pattern for work. Which would be 4 days. So you would mostly have the house to yourself.

You will need some sort of transport as the village is in the middle of no where. The nearest town would be Fakenham about 3~ miles away. It has all the supermarkets, dine outs, pubs etc.

The neighbourhood and neighbours are very quiet so disturbance is rare.
