Looking for someone to fill my room for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS whilst I'm abroad JUNE TO MID AUGUST,. which will come in total to 959 bills inc for 10 and a half weeks.

The room will be furnished but not have any of my beongings, so you can bring stuff etc.
there is a door to the front garden in the room but the other two tenants use their own separate door.
You will be sharing with two lovely phd students who are friendly but often keep to themselves.
