This is an AMAZING opportunity for the right person!

I am a full time single Dad with a brilliant 8 year old daughter, whose mother lives in France.

The arrangement is very simple: you get a beautiful double room with own bathroom in an amazing wooden water Mill on the river, with river views from the window (for £350 incl. all bills) in exchange for babysitting two nights a week, including overnights, so I am able to travel for work and my daughter has a regular routine with a housemate babysitter she knows well.

We are a sociable house, with one other lodger under similar arrangement and entertain friends and family regularly.

The house has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, as well as a magical riverside garden full of nature and wildlife.

There’s parking outside and a very regular (twice hourly) swift (20 minutes) bus service to Norwich, so a car is not essential.

This will be the fourth iteration of a really successful arrangement over last four years with three previous lodgers.
