We are a young professional, married couple who would like to offer our upstairs bedroom and shower room in our three storey, five bedroom detached house in Old Catton.
4 students have stayed with us so far and have used either bicycle or public transport to get to the UEA. There is a bus stop within 10 minutes walk from the house which goes straight there; the Konect Bus 512.
Also, only two minutes walk from the house, the 38 bus goes to the city centre. Female applicants only.
Alternatively, if you have your own transport, we have a spare off road car parking space.
There is a Co-op and Tesco nearby as well scenic parkland.
We have a large Wren Kitchen which we're happy to share, as well as dining room, utility room and garden.
