Hi! We're Declan & Daniel (24/25), we are a couple looking for someone to join us on our lease for the next year or so while we save to buy a house. Our current housemate has just moved out to live with her long-term partner. We are both friendly professionals, working full-time jobs.

The house is a 2 bed property on Ketts Hill, it has one shared bathroom, a galley kitchen, a dining room and a living room. It is a council tax band B property and the bills are managed between us. There is permit parking, and a regular bus service to the city centre. All communal spaces are already furnished by us.

It is a spacious house with lots of light. Both upstairs bedrooms are huge and have plenty of space for a double bed plus desk/wardrobe/anything you desire.
